Refund Policy
Our policy is only valid for 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange if you have surpassed this day limit.
If you wish to return your item, it should be in unused and in the same condition you received it in. It should also have the original packaging intact.
Certain kinds of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items such as magazines, food, flowers are not eligible for return. We also do not take back intimate products. Sanitary products, hazardous products such as flammable liquids and gases are also not eligible for returns.

We need a receipt and proof of purchase in order to complete your return. Kindly do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.
We only offer partial refunds in some cases.
Books which have clear signs of use
DVD, VHS, CDs, video games, software, vinyl records which have been opened. Any product which isn’t in its original condition anymore, its parts are missing for some reason.
Any product which is being returned post 30 days of delivery.
Refunds (If applicable)
After your return request is received and approved, we will send you an email confirming about the receipt of the item you wanted to return. We will also send a notification stating the status (approval or rejection) of your return.
If your requests get approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically appear in your bank within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case the return amount doesn’t reflect in your bank, you should recheck your bank account once more. The second step is to reach out to your credit card company, it might take some time before your credit amount is officially posted.
Next step is to contact your bank. Usually there is a processing time before a refund gets posted.
Despite completing all these steps, if you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly contact us.
Sale items (If applicable)
Only regular priced products are applicable for refunds; however, sale products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If applicable)
Only defective or damaged products are applicable for returns. In case you wish to exchange it for the same product then shoot us an email and send your purchased product to: 1923 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95110
Gift/ Presents
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will get a gift credit for the amount you spent. A gift certificate will be emailed to you after we receive the return item.
If the purchased product wasn’t marked as a gift when being purchased, or the person gifting the present had it shipped to themselves in order to give it you some time later, the refund will be sent to them only and they will find about your return.
You will have to bear your own shipping costs if you wish to return the purchased product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. When you receive a refund, the shipping cost will get deducted from your refunded amount.
Depending upon where you stay, the product may take some time to reach you.
You are suggested to use a trackable shipping service or invest in a shipping insurance if you are shipping a product costing over $ 75. We don’t guarantee if we will receive the returned product.
